Mistaken Purchases :
If you have accidentally purchased a course or test package, please contact us within 1 hour of the payment. Send us an email at contact@assamedu.in with the following:
- Your Name, Email & Contact Number
- Your payment screenshot
- The name of the course or test you purchased
- A short explanation about the mistakes.
If your refund request is genuine and made within 1 hour of the purchase, and if you have not used the service (i.e., you haven’t started the test or accessed the content), we will review and process your refund.
Please Note: If you start using the service (view or attempt the test), the refund will not be accepted.
No Return or Replacement
Since we only offer digital content, there is no return, exchange, or replacement available for any of our products or services.
How Long Does Refund Take?
If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Please check with your bank or payment provider if there is a delay after confirmation.
